About this house rental
Nestled in the heart of Alexandra Headland, our beachside home offers the perfect mix of coastal charm and modern living. Just a short walk from the beach, ideal for those looking to indulge in the sun, surf, and sand. With 3 bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, our home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups seeking a memorable Sunshine Coast experience.

This 3 bedroom home has:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed (TV & Ensuite)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 3 x Single Beds
Bedroom 4: Pullout Sofa in Lounge/Media Room
We have driveway parking for two cars and extra road side parking as needed. The keys for entry into the house for the duration of your visit, are in a key safe, allowing you quick and easy access. The code will be sent to you prior to your visit.

The house is clean, modern and very tastefully decorated throughout.
The kitchen has a gas cook top, microwave, oven, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements and cutlery.
We have a BBQ that is on the side deck, that you can use throughout your stay. We have a spare gas bottle with the BBQ, so you will never run out of gas.
There are two lounge rooms, both with TV's, to choose from, meaning more choice if your group is indecisive over what to watch.
There is a large grass covered backyard, perfect for outdoor family time.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”

We are not a pet property, so apologies we cannot take bookings that include your pet/s.

Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs.

Cute property. It completely met our needs when we were in town for a sports comp. We were glad we had been notified about the sticky front door lock. House might just need a bit of attention from a handy person to tighten up some bathroom fixtures, squeaky doors etc.

Great place, well laid out, really worthwhile stayBUT…let down by a silly, but dicky front door lock which took us an hour to open. Eventually got a message from owner that it was a tricky lock and what to do with key - why not tell up front or do the smart thing - spend $35 and replace it.

The location of the property was fabulous. It had everything that we needed and accommodated to our numbers however, there are maintenance issues that need to be addressed at the property.
