Location was amazing, straight across from the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants. I liked that it was a smaller complex only 3 levels. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Some of the car parks were a bit hard to park in, and it looks a bit dated but that’s been picky!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a great view .
Not having a lift was a major problem for me as I have mobility issues. Nowhere in the advertising was it indicated that there was no elevator.

Managers were great. went out of their way to address issues with unit. But pipe hammer, loud/broken ceiling fan, and tiny ensuite not compatible with description as one bedroom unit. Also asked for sea views when booking, and were on ground floor with no views.

The staff were great, the spa, pool and gardens were very well.kept. the location was good and it was quiet at night plus secure. The shower water was lovely and hot. The sheets were very clean and the bed and pillows comfortable.
The apartment was very dated, the flooring was in desperate need of replacing, the carpet was dirty, old and stained. The kitchen tiles were chipped, the whole kitchen felt sticky and unclean. The bedroom window coverings were dirty and window tracks very dirty., looking out onto some very old run down flats. The curtains had hooks missing. There were marks on the bedroom walls and doors were chipped. Management were new and were aware of the condition of some of the apartments. They are working on remedies.
