Relax with the whole family in this panoramic and quiet apartment in the charming Via Aniello Falcone, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms for a total of 4 places, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday. A stone's throw from the metro (line 1), funicular and shopping streets. The space Guests have access to the entire apartment with bathroom and kitchen equipped with all appliances including microwave and coffee machine. The refrigerator is useful if you want to keep some products purchased during your stay. THE BEDROOMS Sheets and towels are provided free of charge. One bedroom has a double bed, one has a single French bed, one has a single bed and a private bathroom. BATHROOM: The bathroom of the single room is inside the room. There is another large bathroom with a shower. We provide free of charge: towels, toiletries (shampoo and body soap), hair dryer, toilet paper, mat. CLEANING: The apartment is delivered perfectly clean; particular attention is paid to sanitizing with special products! INTERNET: Wi-Fi Internet with excellent download (500 Mb) and upload (300 Mb) speeds. The router is in the apartment, so the speed is guaranteed. AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING The apartment has a very effective stand-alone air conditioning unit. The heating is with radiators. As a result, you'll be at ease whatever your expectations are. CHILDREN Children are welcome! SENIORS Great for seniors. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. VIEW AND FLOOR The apartment is on the 3rd floor and looking out you can see the sea! CHECK-IN Once you arrive, you will meet me or my colleagues. In compliance with Italian security law, identification documents may be required. NOISE The apartment is extremely quiet, well isolated from the outside. The doors and windows are well soundproofed. You'll sleep well! PRIVACY The apartment is private and is located in an elegant building on Via Aniello Falcone. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to keep in mind A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals after 21:00. For arrivals after midnight we ask for an extra 30 EUR, All requests for late arrival must be agreed.

Beautiful accommodations and convenient to metro and shopping, restaurants. However there was a problem with the hot water system (fixed eventually). And we were very surprised by the rule of no cooking or eating in the apartment after 10 am. We chose the place specifically for access to a lovely kitchen because two of us have dietary restrictions that are not easy to accommodate in Italian restaurants. They should have emphasized this in the description. I’m afraid I lost some weight there.
