Have fun with the whole family at this stylish 4BR home! Downtown McKinney is 1.3 miles away. Come back and relax here after a fun day of shopping and fine dining! This home features a master suite with King bed and and beautiful design. Large living room with fireplace. Queen guest and 3rd guest room has 3 twin beds, smart TV’s throughout, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer (supplies included). Enjoy the outdoor patio with bbq grill and comfy seating.
The space
Master bedroom has been beautifully designed with a king bed with luxury plus mattress. Dual nightstands, dresser, curtains, smart tv, chandelier and tower fans. There is a private attached bath feature luxury soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Private toilet with separate closed door.
Queen guest room has a beautiful bed frame with storage drawers, dual nightstands, dresser, smart tv, curtains.
Single room has 3 single beds, smart tv, curtains, nightstand and children’s books and toys.
The 4th bedroom has a sleeper sofa and independent workspace with desk and chair. We have some office supplies for your convenience.
Fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living room and dining area. Cabinet space galore, coffee maker with coffee included, plenty of pots and pans along with dining wear to accommodate 8 guests.
Dining room has a beautiful table and chandelier above. Overlooks the living room and is great for entertaining. We have a high chair always at the home.
The living room has a large smart tv and large sectional couch along with tables and lamps and ceiling fan.
Front loading washer and dryer available for your use, detergent and supplies included! The laundry room also has cabinets for storage.
Backyard—
The fully fenced tall privacy fence gives you tons of privacy in this beautiful backyard with patio. We have patio furniture along with grill and beautiful lights for nighttime.
