The house with 2 separate holiday apartments is located directly on Lake Userin, on a completely fenced, approx. 4,000 m² waterfront property. The jetty belonging to the house can be used for fishing (free fishing licence for this area), boating and swimming. A rowing boat and a pedal boat are also available. The Useriner See is also an ideal starting point for extensive paddling tours. Numerous forest lakes are located in the immediate neighbourhood and can be reached via canals.
The two identical, approx. 100 sqm holiday apartments are spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room (leather couch, flat-screen TV) and the kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge, dishwasher). On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower/WC.
