Charming Rustico with private pool and stunning lake view in Soiano del Lago
This charming end-unit portion of a traditional stone Rustico is located on a panoramic hillside (196 m above sea level) in the historic center of Soiano del Lago, among the gentle hills of the Valtenesi area. From the property you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Garda, stretching from Manerba to Sirmione and Lazise.
The spacious holiday home is spread over three levels and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It combines the authentic charm of a historic stone house with all the comforts needed for a pleasant holiday.
Guests have access to two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with shower. One bedroom is located in the attic and features air conditioning and lake views, while the second bedroom is on the lower level with independent access from the courtyard. The different floors are connected by a spiral staircase.
The bedroom on the upper floor is located in the converted attic of this historic Rustico. Due to the roof slopes, the ceiling height is reduced in some areas of the bedroom and bathroom compared to a standard floor. This characteristic is clearly visible in the photos of the listing and reflects the typical architectural style of historic buildings of this type.
On the entrance level you will find the cosy living and dining area with sofa and satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and everything needed for cooking.
The highlight of the property is the private swimming pool with lake view. The pool is located in a separate area of the property reserved exclusively for guests. To reach it, you leave the house, walk a few metres (approximately 5 m), and enter the private pool area. Since the land follows the natural slope of the hillside, access is via a staircase. This feature is clearly visible in the photos of the listing.
The private garden, with several relaxation areas, is perfect for outdoor breakfasts, relaxing moments and pleasant summer evenings with a barbecue. Guests also have access to a small outdoor refrigerator and a sink. Fresh herbs from the garden may be used to enhance your meals.

The beautiful Valtenesi area is ideal for walks, cycling and discovering the charming villages around Lake Garda. The lake, with its picturesque towns, beaches and many restaurants, is approximately 6 km away. Verona can be reached in about 45 minutes (50 km). A pizzeria is located only about 300 metres from the house.
A free public parking area is available approximately 200 metres from the property. Wi-Fi is included.
The famous amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva Aquapark are approximately 35 km away and are perfect for a fun day out. Ask during check-in for information about discounted tickets.

Der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön angelegt und laden zur Entspannung ein. Durch die Schlafzimmer auf verschiedenen Ebenen kann man sich auch bei 4 Personen etwas aus dem Weg gehen wenn man es braucht. Auch im Garten ist das gut möglich. Trotzdem kann man im Garten als auch im Wohnzimmer gemeinsam Zeit verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Kochutensilien sind etwas sporadisch und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wasserdruck in der unteren Dusche ist sehr gering, zum Haarewaschen eher schwierig. Wenig Schattenplätze im Garten.

- mit den Nachbarn unterhalb eine Vereinbarung treffen, dass der Hund nicht die ganze Nacht bellt

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr schön, da wir die Ruhe mögen.
Der Garten mit dem Pool ist einfach super.
Es wäre schön, wenn eine Sitzgelegenheit überdacht wäre.

Unterkunft, sehr sauber und in schöner Lage, mit tollen Blick über den Gardasee. Pool ist sehr sauber, auch das Grundstück an sich auch.
