OWNER MANAGED PRIVATELY OWNED CONDO!
1 bedroom condo that is nicely appointed and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Horseshoe Bay. We have a fully equipped and stocked kitchen so you will have no problem preparing your own meals while you're here. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee out on the balcony (we provide a few k-cups for your stay but feel free to bring your favorites with you). Fully Stocked, Elevator, Private Reserved Parking and guest parking available

*Full bathroom includes shower and larger soaker tub ... with mini-amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and lotion) plenty of towels and wash clothes, toilet paper, and hair dryer
*Fully stocked kitchen - dishes, glasses, pots/pans, all utensils, spices, etc., paper towels, soaps, towels, Keurig (some k-cups to get you started)
*Large flat screen TV's (one in living room and one in bedroom)

*Unit is located on the 1st floor (which is one story up from the ground floor - parking garage is on the ground floor - stairs and elevator available)
We have a high-end King size bed in the bedroom with resort quality, luxurious bedding and linens. In the living room there is a new and comfortable oversized sectional lounger with extra resort quality linens as well. If you need more beds in our master bedroom closet is a queen size Tempur-Pedic blow up memory foam toped mattress. The bathroom has a large tub and shower and is stocked with resort quality towels and all standard amenities including hair dryer.
We have flat-screen televisions mounted in the living room and the bedroom with cable TV provided. There is also free WiFi high-speed internet access (password provided).
We have a washer and dryer in the unit including detergent and fabric softener.
There is a resort style pool and hot tub ... and there are gas grills located directly behind the building making it easy and enjoyable to cook out while on your visit. BBQ tools are located in the condo.
Horseshoe Bay itself is an amazing place to visit and you will love it here!
There is great fishing in Horseshoe Bay! You can drop a line any number of places, so please ask us for our favorite spots, or you can book a guided fishing excursion with one of the local fishing companies.
You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina and boats or jet skis from Splash in Kingsland. We can also put you in touch with people in the area who charter private sunset cruises on Lake LBJ (day trips available too).
Fun things to do locally:
*Pickleball at Fresh Air And Food Park - family friendly, outdoor bar, food trucks, occasional live music (5 minute drive)
*Sips on Second - Speak Easy Bar (10 minute drive)
There are also many local day trips that are wonderful!

* Hiking in Enchanted Rock (one hour drive)

Guest Access
You will have access to the complete condo with exception of one owner's closet. You will also have access to the pool, hot tub, and gas grills near the building.
Interaction with Guests
We will be available by phone (call or text any time 24/7), and sometimes we are across the street at our Townhome. We know the area very well and can answer any questions you have or even help you with the planning phase of your visit so please don't hesitate to ask.
The Neighborhood
Our condo is in The Waters complex and is located next to HSB Yacht Cub. We are located near the HSB Marina, and located in the middle of where you will want to take your morning and evening walks.
Getting Around
Free parking in your own covered reserved spot; additional parking for guests, and or additional cars is right next to the building. Unless you are taking a day trip or going to "town", you will not need to use a car once you're here; everything is within walking distance.
Other Things to Note
Pool and Hot Tub are a short walk away (address provided upon booking)
Gas Grills available behind the building.
NOTE: We also have an additional 1 bedroom condo about 1 minute walk, a 2 bedroom townhouse directly across from the resort, and a 3 bedroom townhouse available (about a 2 min walk), so if you prefer more room or are traveling with a group we can help you with that as well. We network with other HSB owners too so if our unit is booked or you are traveling with a group let us know and we will help you get your trip all set up!
