Second unit with King size bed with TV, this unit is a large room with its own two sink bathroom. Right on the water and it had everything we wanted. Great spot directly in front to relax with toes in the water. Small place but you want to be outside most of the time anyways. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome outdoor grill set up. We will be back again.

My experience at this property was amazing. The process of getting it was easy and the rules were easily available in the house and the document given to us. The weather was great and the view was amazing as well. We all had a very good time with no interruption by neighbors. Everyone around us was very nice. Getting groceries was not hard since we are so close to Parker and not too far from havasu. Thank you to the property management for renting us this beautiful property.
