Everything was clean. And I'm order

Place was ok. There was bugs on the walls. Didn’t get a key card so I had to punch a code every time I tried to come in which with 2 kids and a ton of beach stuff was super annoying. The pool bands kept sliding off kids so I had to remove them from the kids, non of the security said anything which was a good thing and probably a bad thing. No parking had to ask somebody where we could have parked since it was a Sunday and nobody was at the welcome desk and nobody was answering the phones at the office. Also chking in nobody answered the phone on Sunday for the key body code which all I wanted to do was get to my room after being in the car for 10 hrs with two kids. If u guys aren’t going to b open on Sundays u all need to pick up the phones wasnt the best experience chking in. Staff at the hotel where friendly and way more helpful then elliotts
