Situated just 15-minutes from the renowned Las Vegas Strip, casinos, shops, entertainment, and restaurants., with quick freeway access to go anywhere in town.

It was a wonderful stay! The neighborhood was quiet, the house was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. We had a short stay, but we will come again. The owner was very helpful and lovely to communicate with, making the check-in and check-out super easy.

Property was nice. In quiet neighborhood. Not far from stores and strip. House could use some extra kitchen towels . Owner very nice and quick to respond for any issues.

Good: Great responsiveness and communication with the host. Lots of space and AC worked great which is key for the Vegas heat. He reacted very quickly when we had an issue with the kitchen faucet which I appreciated.
Bad: Floors turned my kids feet black, mold in the shower caulking, shower liners should be white but are pink and black like they’ve never been changed/washed, no comforters on the bed so we used the decorative blankets, lots of scuffs and dust and overall just needs a deep clean.
I am a big review reader and the most recent reviews don’t match the current condition of the home. The host seems like a super nice guy so this review isn’t personal but I felt like I needed to give an honest review.
