Very responsive. Spotless and comfortable. They knew we had a 4 year-old coming and left a Welcome Basket perfect for a 4 year-old! She was so excited. We will be back.

This condo is PERFECT! A friend and I stayed in this 2 bed 2 bath condo for 3 nights. We had the comfort and privacy of our own bathrooms as well as really comfortable beds. I slept like a baby. The condo has absolutely everything you need to cook in, do your laundry, and even be comfortable while vegging on the couch. They provided coffee, creamer, spices, and a welcome basket of goodies. If I ever come back to Portales, I will be staying here 100%
