Reviewer Comments:
We traveled for vacation with 6 people & the condo was perfect! There was plenty of space, everything was super clean, beds were very comfortable, & it was very close to all the attractions. They have enough essentials like soap & toilet paper to get you started, walmart was very close to get anything you need.

I like that it was close to everything. Covered parking availability was a nice perk. Hot tub was a bit so so, however it’s shared use. I would recommend and stay again.

Excellent condo close to Dollywood. The condo was exactly as pictured. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. We went with a family of 6 and had plenty of room. I would definitely rent this location again.

Best part of this stay was the location (very close to everything), half bath on bottom floor, & the beds/pillows were amazingly comfortable!!!There is a kurieg AND coffee pot which I was thankful for. We loved having the box fans also!—————————————————————-What I was disappointed in was the false advertisement and lack of detail in amenities/floor plan. 1) the amenities listed gym/equipment— however, there is NO gym on premise!!! I would not have booked here had knowing this as my husband & I both prioritize our health & had short amount of time as we were in TN for my sons World Series at Ripken. We were very upset about this!2) both bedrooms are upstairs— my FIL had to sleep on the recliner as he was unable to climb stairs. We were under the assumption the master was downstairs.3) no designated pantry space. We had to move cups to another cabinet just to store items.4) a waste of space with two dining room tables for 12 people when the condo only accommodates six.5) Stove, dishwater, & sink were a lot smaller than anticipated and not the easiest for cooking meals. I would consider this a kitchenette. If you don’t care about the amenities and just want a comfy place to sleep nearby everything— this is your place. If you care a bit more like us about the things I listed above— I recommend looking for another location.
