Your new home away from home! The White Squirrel Lodge brings peace to your soul. Enjoy watching our special friends scamper around while enjoying nature at its best. Watch the beautiful sunsets on our large back deck or enjoy a glass of wine while you relax on the private master suite patio. Our fully furnished home has everything you could need. If you need contact with the outside world, we are approximately 12 minutes from I-44, 30 minutes from Springfield and 40 minutes from Branson
The space
WSL is a split level home. You will enter the front door, a living room with a 50” Amazon tv will be immediately on your right. You can also enjoy playing the piano in this room if you like.

If you walk through the LR you will be able to enter the master suite. There is a large walk in closet, a master bath with a double vanity, shower, separate toilet room and a large jacuzzi tub with picture windows where you can bring the inside in. I’ve set up a coffee/tea bar just for the lucky people staying in this oasis. This room has access to a private patio with a bistro set for you to enjoy an early morning coffee or to enjoy the sunset. There is also a 40” Amazon tv for your enjoyment.

The main floor also includes a very large family kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge. Small appliances r there including a toaster, hand mixer, blender, Keurig, electric skillets and more. Baking dishes and cookware are included. All types of glassware are available and fiesta ware dishes with service for 12 is in the cabinet. The dining room table opens out to seat 12. We can open it up for the number you need if you wish or the leaves are in the office closet

A dedicated office is located off the kitchen with a large desk with a rolling office chair. This room also includes a sofa bed and is attached to a small 3 piece bathroom.

The laundry room is also off the kitchen with a full size washer/dryer. The washing machine has some stains in the drum but they will not affect your laundry in any way.

There r two bedrooms located upstairs, each with a Samsung tv. There is a bathroom in the hall with a single sink, bath/shower and toilet.

The basement is a lovely family room with large windows. There’s a large game table with board games and cards available.

A large sunroom is located off the kitchen down 3 stairs. It’s a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. This is the access to the back patio, gas grill, outdoor dining table, chairs and backyard.

There is a large exotic goldfish pond with plants. away from the house that is currently locked as we work on getting it ready for guests.
Guest access
Our home is located on a 130 acre farm with beautiful views in all directions especially amazing sunsets. You will be able to enjoy a large backyard with plenty of open space and beautiful gardens and wooded areas to enjoy from the dining room table. There is a nature walk to the east of the home. The garage and barn are not part of the rental.
Other things to note
We do have a couple of tv’s that are attached to local tv antennas. All the tv’s in the home are smart TV’s so bring your sign in information. There r several free channels located on each tv. Wi-fi is located throughout the home.

If you are at our home longer than a couple of nights you might see a gentleman filling our bird/squirrel feeders. He comes and goes quietly around the circle drive.
