The 2nd floor is ALL Primary Suite, boasting a MASSIVE SHOWER, sitting room, and private balconies. This floor is a perfect spot to have your coffee, cocktails, conversations or maybe even a few moments alone if that is what you are after.

5. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet
6. No Smoking of any kind (i.e. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”). Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500 for steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Really great place to stay! Short walk to beach was super nice. The house was really clean! AC was great keeping all levels cool as needed. Showers were always hot! Having access to the sparkling clean pool was also great!

Wow! What an incredible place for a family beach trip! The location was perfect, close to the beach and food trucks in Grayton. The house was spacious and had everything a family could need for an amazing beach stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This house is absolutely beautiful!! It’s in a very quiet cul -de-sac off the main road. When we walked in we felt like we were in heaven. It was super clean- had plenty of beds and everything was organized and welcoming! The first evening we had problems with the bottom air unit, BUT the hostess was absolutely fabulous! She was quick to respond, sent a tech to come and fix it and was very accommodating. I will say IF you have older people in your family or trip, there are a lot of stairs to climb. We didn’t have this issue, but I do think it’s something important to note if considering this property. We sat out on the back deck- it was super nice and had cushions you could use. We did not use them, however they are there. I also loved how they did provide beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas if you needed them. We had our own but still nice to know in advance. We loved the bikes! They were so accommodating and easy to maneuver to the beach. Our house was about a 5 min bike trip. I was anxious about not being on the beach- however this was not an issue. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The driveway will fit 3 full sized cars which pull you right up to the house. The neighbors were very very nice people around us and very quiet! The hostess also gave us wonderful recommendations to eat, rent golf carts, activities etc. You definitely will enjoy staying here. Rent a golf cart and relax- it’s a cute and friendly town!

This place exceeded our expectations! It has everything you could possibly need and then some! Loved the master bedroom and bathroom! It was great to have all the beach gear provided. The neighborhood and beach were so nice. Owners were great to work with!
