About this apartment rental
You'll love this captivating treehouse nestled quietly in the woods, surrounded by seasonal wildflowers. This Treehouse is a one of kind eclectic experience. You’ll find yourself immersed in total relaxation with plenty of books, games, a record player with all the best old school Vinyls. You will be surrounded by plenty of mood lighting to fit the music and enhance the vibe.
The Treehouse is privately situated on 6 acres of woodlands and pasture. The property is centrally located to some of the best state parks in Tennessee. They don’t call White Co. “The Land of Falling Water” for nothing. If you love the outdoors, you’re in luck. On a clear night, the stargazing is second to none.
Inside you’ll find a wall of windows facing the woods, most which tell a story. The stained glass on the back wall came from Coppes Commons in Nappannee, IN. The great big yellow window was reclaimed from a 100 yr old church in Franklin, TN. In the wall of windows, there are a couple stained glass windows that were pulled from a home in Chicago from my time living up north. There’s some history here and we definitely love having that energy surround us.
You’ll find a bar area with a large wine fridge and a bar sink. We have a keurig and provide plenty of KCups as well as creamer, teas and honey sticks. The studio has a King platform bed with great accent lighting beneath and on the back wall. Chill out after a long day in the 69” clawfoot soaking tub/with sprayer-we provide the goodies to take you through that amazing bath…big, cushy white towels, salts and robes too! Don’t worry, there’s a privacy curtain if you need it. Oh and there's a smart TV as well.
Kick back at night, throw some music on the speaker, light a fire on the lower level deck and reconnect. We also provide a smart projector and screen that you are welcome to use on the lower deck. Speaking of deck space, we have a french hammock one level down on the side deck. It’s perfect for reading a book or taking a nap or just dreaming. If you swing to the left, you’ll find a little perch to enjoy your coffee or do some birding. Follow the steps down to the lower deck and you’ll find a macrame swing, some zero gravity chairs and some comfy deck furniture…and a solo stove.

Thank you, Stephanie and Rachel, for sharing and delighting travelers with your art, creativity and passion, which is evident in every thoughtful detail. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Treehouse and would recommend it for anyone who would like a private experience in a fun, eclectic, clean (!) space in the woods. The morning view of the sun peaking through the tree canopy is an indescribable, unparalleled beauty, enjoyed through the stunning collage of a carefully designed window wall while wrapped in the warmth of a thick blanket in bed. Bonus -- we also had lovely neighbors (happy aniversary, M&K) at the quaint Trolley next door!

Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or just a quiet place to disconnect, this spot delivers. There is something incredibly grounding about staying in a space so intentionally connected to the outdoors. We’d go back in a heartbeat

I truly enjoyed everything about my stay here. It was so unique & so different from most rentals. The owners took a lot of time carefully decorating with such whimsical, fun pieces of furniture. I loved everything there from the gorgeous, clawfoot bathtub to the unique sinks, artwork & even the record player! I was able to dance around to Barbara Streisand, Madonna, & more. The Treehouse felt so welcoming & it was extremely clean. The owners were so helpful the whole time. I highly recommend the incredible treehouse & will definitely return!
