Magnolia Farms is so close to campus you can see it while drinking coffee on the balcony (literally, just blocks behind Northgate). This two bedroom unit has comfy king beds, a 55 inch TV, and a modern kitchen, including full-sized washer and dryer. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. You won't find a more comfortable, stylish, or convenient property in BCS.

Location and value was my primary decision. Had everything we needed, clean and quiet. Walking distance to Northgate, which is a plus. I would stay here again.

Extremely comfortable king bed. Close to campus. We felt at home. Tight parking. Bring or use a White Noise app as there’s a bit of outdoor noise including an occasional train. We will definitely stay again!
