Magnolia Farms is so close to campus you can see it while drinking coffee on the balcony (literally, just blocks behind Northgate). This two bedroom unit has comfy king beds, a 55 inch TV, and a modern kitchen, including full-sized washer and dryer. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. You won't find a more comfortable, stylish, or convenient property in BCS.

A very cute well decorated place. Perfect for my wife and I. Even though it’s an upstairs unit it’s easily accessible. Parking is right in front steps away from the stairs to the front door. If I were an Aggies fan this would be the perfect place for games. The Host Randy was great and got back to me fast if I had any questions. Water pressure is excellent and the place is well maintained. We would stay here again for sure. M I Z

This was a perfect place to come for a weekend and catch an Aggie baseball game. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.
