About this house rental

Summary:

Book Nash Era this fall through VRBO for a Taylor Swift inspired escape in a four-story Nashville house built for group celebrations. With 4 bedrooms, 15 beds, and a private hot tub, there's room for the whole family or friend group to gather, get ready, and unwind together.

• Sleeping: Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 15 beds, so larger groups and multiple families can spread out

• Bathrooms: 4 full bathrooms keep mornings moving for a big group

• Hot tub: Soak and unwind after a day downtown

• Green Room: Ping pong, a bar, and a photo-op lounge for a second hangout spot

• Luxury Lounge: A relaxed spot for evening drinks and conversation

• Getting-ready areas: Built-in makeup bar and multiple vanity spaces with Hollywood-style lighting

• Themed bedrooms: Taylor Swift inspired decor and photo backdrops throughout

The Space:

Four floors give every family or friend group its own corner, from a ground-floor kitchen built for shared breakfasts to a private hot tub for grown-up time once the group settles in. On VRBO, Nash Era is set up for multi-family trips and longer stays where everyone needs room to spread out but still wants to gather.

The main level centers on an open kitchen with a full island and bar seating that flows into the living room, where a neon sign reading "Taylor can't come to the phone right now" hangs over the dining table. It's an easy spot for shared meals or a slow morning before heading out for the day.

The Green Room gives the group one hangout after dark, with a ping pong table, a bar, a photo-op area, and lounge seating, while the Luxury Lounge offers a quieter spot to settle in with drinks and conversation.

Upstairs, themed bedrooms carry different eras through custom wallpaper, built-in makeup bars with Hollywood-style lighting, multiple getting-ready areas with full-length mirrors, and an in-room projector for movie nights.

Spend the day exploring Broadway's honky-tonks and downtown Nashville, come home to soak in the hot tub, then head down for ping pong in the Green Room or unwind in the Luxury Lounge before everyone splits off to themed bedrooms for the night.

My stay at this VRBO property was absolutely great! The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was provided, and the space was comfortable and welcoming. The host was responsive and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The only issue would’ve been the property needing a backup generator as the power went out temporarily due to the weather.
