This luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium is located in Orlando’s resort community of Vista Cay at Harbor Square. Tuscan themed Vista Cay offers spacious accommodations that are ideal for either the family wanting to be close to all the excitement of International Drive, couples getting away for a short break, as well as the discerning business traveler in town for a meeting or a big convention.
Lavishly furnished, this beautiful 2,001 square foot open plan home with tasteful interior design boasts a master bedroom featuring one king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 full sized beds. This impressive home sleeps a total of 8 guests. This layout has a spacious owner`s suite and a covered lanai.
The comfortable living area has a leather suite, 50` wide screen TV, internet access and cable TV. This is where you sit back, relax and think to yourself ‘why have I stayed in a hotel room, when this condominium offering a generous layout, gorgeous furnishings and all it’s comforts of home is available’?
Entertaining, cooking and being able to share private time together with friends and family is fun and enjoyable. There is no need to miss out on any of the conversation, when using the ‘open plan’ fully equipped kitchen and dining area!
Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils. Also available are washing and drying facilities, making it easier to have those ‘little one’s’ ready in time. Why pack a big suitcase when you can wash their favorite sports jersey or best-loved dress! Also, free long distance calls are a feature offered in this property.
For your pleasure and enjoyment, the resort amenities include; a clubhouse, tropical lagoon pool and spa, children’s pool, sports court, fitness center, games room, movie theater, internet library, convenience store, elevators and a concierge service and gated entrances. A beautifully landscaped walking trail and a number of golf courses are nearby! Restaurants, shopping, water parks and Orlando nightlife are just around the corner.
The community of Vista Cay is located on the beautiful Lake Cay, situated right next to the Orange County Convention Center and only a short distance from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld Adventure Park and even closer to SeaWorld’s newest park Aquatica. Vista Cay at Harbor Square is located on Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando`s greatest experiences. We want to welcome you at our beautiful resort. In order that all guest can enjoy their stay, the resort implemented some strict house and resort rules :
- Quiet hours are from 11PM till 9AM. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed inside the property or on the resort
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed in the property
- Onsite roving patrol and security
- NO PETS allowed inside the property !
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the property or in public areas on the resort, this includes e-cigarettes and medical marijuana
- If you wish to BBQ grill, there are grills available on the resort. Grills are NOT allowed on the property balcony or lanai.
- No candles are allowed inside the property
- To access the resort amenities, you need an amenity pass to enter. These passes are provided inside your property at the entrance or kitchen counter in a display holder. Passes might have advertisement on them. Passes can be shared between guests, it is not required that each guest has a pass when using the amenity.
- Pool towels are provided inside the property, make sure to return all towels back to the property when used outside. Missing and badly stained linen will be charged.
- EV charging : there are EV charging stations on the resort, it`s not allowed use the power of the property.

I have stayed at vista cay for over 10 plus years. I thought this particular unit was a little overpriced for the actual unit. There was minimal seating for eating. The table that was in the kitchen only had 3 chairs and there was no other dining table. Also it smelled very musty every day. There were available to communicate with which was good. There was no cookie sheet to cook stuff with. The unit above us was sooo loud the entire time and we were able to hear their every footstep which was a bit annoying. Overall it was ok

I stayed here with colleagues for a conference. Kris was immensely accommodating, offering us an early checkin so we could attend our meetings on time. The space was beautiful and comfortable!

Very clean, great location, easy parking, and safe. Only complaint was the condo had a musty/moldy smell. Not overwhelming, but somewhat smelly. I’m guessing the high humidity of Florida combined with carpeting leds to the smell because we have found properties with mostly tile flooring does not have this issue

The suite was beautiful, the location is great, the grounds beautiful, but the fact that they don’t have a formal 24 hour front desk is horrible. We decided over dinner one night to extend our stay, what a bad idea. No one responds to emails or text for hours or days in some instances (no exaggeration) have the emails and texts to prove. So cancels our new reservation because the site flagged our credit card as fraudulent. We spent hours on the phone with our bank and everything was fine on their end, when we offered another card, no reply. So we left to another resort where they want our business. This is not in any way the fault of the employees, the business model is fault and they should set it up like a resort that has 24 hour administrative support. And to send us a sarcastic email about our review of our experience, not cool. Would we go back, maybe. But with all the competition in Orlando, maybe not.
