All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The condo is fabulous but has issues. The master bed is horrible and you need a topper. The heating/ac on the front was broken. There is no pantry. The spa tub in the master runs all night like cleaning itself. The spaciousness of the unit is great. We had 6 people and plenty of room to spread out.

The condo was beautifully designed and was spacious. The pictures truly did not capture how amazing everything looked. The bay and beach were viewable from several locations in the condo, and could only be described as breathtaking.

My family was there for the July 4th event and we had a great time. The fire work show was the best. This Condo is beautiful and the owner has taken great pride in the aesthetics. This condo will be my choice each time from this point forward, I have stayed in others in Turquois Place, they were great but this one by far is the most impressive. The staff was friendly and professional. We are a African American family and I hope in the future more citizens in Orange Beach will make us feel as welcome as you did in your Condo. Thanks for complete accommodations.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing. The downside was the mattress in the master which clearly needed to be replaced, it was caved in on one side so much so it made you feel like you where falling off. The freezer in the kitchen was almost impossible to open and when it did it would slide out. Also there are no towel hooks or hand towel holders in the bathrooms which is a small thing but a necessary one. Finally the communication between liquid life, turquoise place and it's guests is non existent. The A/C went out on our last day and everyone who booked through turquoise place had it back by 10:00 pm that night whilst we slept in the heat and prayed for morning. Also just an FYI if you book directly through turquoise you get free breakfast along with a significantly lower price.
