Our house on Edelweißstraße is a modern home with a large garden, a swimming pool, a sandbox, a playhouse, a swing set, and more. It’s ideal for vacationers, trade show attendees, families with one child, and others.
Our house on Wendelsteinstraße is a new house with a large vacation rental and an apartment. A large garden is available. The swimming pool is a 2-minute drive away. Suitable for vacationers, trade show attendees, families with children, etc. The center of Pfaffing is about a 5-minute walk away.
The new apartment (approx. 45 square meters) is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for daily life. It’s ideal for 2 people, though it can also accommodate 3—children are welcome, too. It features a small kitchen, a living room, a hallway, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. A washer and dryer are included. The newly landscaped garden offers space for sunbathing, barbecuing, playing, and more. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Stunning views of the Wendelstein and the Alpine panorama in good weather. A beautiful children’s playground is just a 2-minute walk from our house. Our swimming pool is a 2-minute drive away (a 5-minute walk). A parking space is located right next to the house.

All shops, banks, a hair salon, a doctor’s office, a dentist’s office, and a bus stop are within walking distance. There’s also a golf course in town. Seven more golf courses are nearby. Wasserburg am Inn, Chiemsee, Rosenheim, Ebersberg, Grafing, and Munich are all within easy reach. The thermal baths in Bad Endorf, Bad Aibling, and Erding are perfect for a relaxing day. Many hiking and biking trails start right from the vacation rental. The Isar-Inn Bike Trail and others run right through Pfaffing.
