Beautiful and very quiet apartment in an independent building, loft style on two levels , 70 square meters, with beautiful view, independent terrace in a large estate with 18th century house, on a small mountain road. It is on two levels, upstairs: large area with sleeping space ( one double bed and one single bed), living and TV areas; downstairs: kitchen open to terrace, shower room and separate toilets. 5mn from village, 20mn from beaches and mountain walks. 15mn from Bayonne and Biarritz.

Nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable studio for two or three persons, located in a house separate from but close to that of the owner. It is in a beautiful surrounding with an excellent view on the countryside. The owner was very helpful in giving suggestions concerning visits in the area and spoke excellent English. I highly recommend this place as an accommodation for anyone travelling by car in the area.

"A very enjoyable place to stay - the appartment was very well equipped. Close enough to both the coast and the charming basque countryside. Not much to happens in Briscous but Bayonne is very close (about 15 mins) and Biarritz not much further. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner who was very helpful."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The place is very quiet and at the same time, the little village of Briscous provides all essential supports. The studio has a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Bathroom and kitchen are new and very well equipped. The view from the terrace over the rolling landscape of Payes Basque is marvelous.
Very easy and pleasant contact with the owner."
