When you are ready to hit the beach you will find miles and miles of natural beauty for you to explore. Grab a pole and go shore fishing, stroll on the beach looking for shells, splash in the refreshing salt water, relax and soak up some rays, there is something for everyone.
Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.
Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.
Boat Parking: Boat parking is allowed at this home.
Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Please send a message to the property manager if you are interested.
Pet Friendly: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.
Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

The house was very clean & in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We so enjoyed our stay & would stay here again. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Check-in & check-out was a breeze. A/C was nice & cold. Less than 5 minute walk to beach & beach is pet friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay . Brought our 19 yr old grandson . Before he starts his 2nd yr of College. We had an awesome time place was very nice and clean . We'll be back. Thank you Amy.

We absolutely loved this little beach house! It’s perfectly clean and stocked with everything you need. I loved all of the Rae Dunn mugs and kitchenware. The beach is right across the street and we loved the screened in porch for chilling after a long day. My 4 year old loved playing in the shade under the house, too! We will be back.

It was way to short. The home was absolutely perfect. So enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and soaking in the ocean view.
