Stackable indoor washer/dryer - One parking spot is for you behind the home and additional parking for guests is available as street parking . This central downtown location is convenient to all highways that take you directly to the amusement parks (Disney, Universal), beaches or outlet malls and you are a block away from great restaurants in Thornton Park. A few blocks more and you are at the famed Lake Eola with its swan boat rides and real swans, surrounded by a park, playground, bandshell and more restaurants and bars. Public scooters and bicycles are available in several locations in the area

What a great place to stay in the Thornton Park area of Orlando! Yes, we walked to Lake Eola for dinner after attending a concert at Dr. Phillips Center and taking a quick drive to this apartment. We received the information we needed to access the place and had no trouble entering. The parking in the driveway was perfect and just a few steps from the front door. The photos don't do justice to the size and accommodations. We enjoyed some down time with a very large TV and in the morning made breakfast in the kitchenette. The bathroom is exceptional and only a few steps from anywhere in the house. We are just finding our way around in Orlando and this was a beautiful older neighborhood. Access to highways leaving the area or to other downtown venues is very easy. We attend events in Orlando and, now that we have found Vivian's place, we hope to be able to stay here again.

Everything went great. The house is great for up to 3 people but may be a little small for larger groups. Parking was safe and easy. Plus, you are within a 30 minute walk to a great park at lake Eola or tons of Orlando nightlife.

I realize the homes are older in the area but the apartment could have done with a fresh coat of paint, wall art and newer furniture. It could have been cleaner. A bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Also, the twin bed mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was in walking distance to everything so that was a great plus
