This modernized villa is located in a beautiful wooded area on the outskirts of the picturesque Eifel village of Monschau. Villa Monschau offers unique accommodations for 15 people, whether it’s the whole family or a (large) group of friends.
MONSCHAU
Villa Monschau is located on the outskirts of Monschau’s historic center. It’s a 5-minute walk from Monschau, which has plenty to offer, including a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, and historic architecture. Its unique location also provides easy access to beautiful nature reserves. The Eifel, Hogge Venne, and Ardennes are all nearby, and it’s also an ideal starting point for day trips to the wildlife park, Rursee, or the zoo.
WELLNESS VILLA MONSCHAU
Villa Monschau is a former therapy center consisting of a single-family home that has been lovingly renovated into a luxury vacation villa. There are a total of 8 bedrooms: 6 with beautiful double box-spring beds, 1 with 2 single box-spring beds, and 1 with a bunk bed. The living room features a smart TV and a soapstone fireplace, where you can sit together on the large lounge sofa and enjoy a delicious drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to enjoy cooking. And you can dine together in the spacious kitchen-dining area. The villa has 3 bathrooms with showers and 1 bathroom with a bathtub, but you can also take a shower by the pool. Of course, we shouldn’t forget the restrooms—there are no fewer than 3 in the villa, and 2 in the wellness area, for a total of 5 restrooms throughout the entire vacation villa.
VILLA ACTIVITIES
Don’t feel like going out? The villa is well-equipped with the best games for young and old, including a dartboard, a real foosball table, table tennis, and a pool table.
WELLNESS EXPERIENCE
The property is equipped with every luxury, including a wellness area with a large indoor pool (4 x 9 meters in size and a water temperature of approximately 29 degrees), a spacious Finnish sauna, and a relaxation room. A lovely touch is that the original swimming pool changing room has been preserved.

Great stay! The pool was in my opinion bigger than the pictures make it seem. The sauna is very big and works good enough (when 90° C it was about 75 ° C). The pool and sauna were commercially grade, which is a big plus! The host was very nice and was great in communication. The ammenities were also excellent. They are placed in separate rooms. The pool table was smaller than a normal pool table, but it was still enjoyable! The patio and BBQ were also big enough to facilitate 14 people. The patio is very beautiful. Thanks Pascal!

Amazing accommodation for a group of friends. We stayed 2 weeks, mainly for the purpose of going to Euro 2024 games, but also to do some hiking and sightseeing. The villa was fantastic for a group of friends, with great social and leisure spaces, especially the terrace, pool and sauna and various games. We didn’t always have great weather, but the villa had so much to do inside, plus a cosy fire, that it didn’t matter if it rained. Monschau is an absolutely stunning place and the surrounding countryside was beautiful. Pascal was a very helpful host and met us on arrival, and also gave us some great trips for places to visit. All in all a great two weeks.

Very spacious house with a lot of nice facilities. Everything is spread over 3 floors, so that makes the house ideal for big groups.
