Charming Beach Cottage in Windmill Village located on Hutchinson Island.

Originally planned on staying 1 week, extended stay for 2 weeks. Raina was extremely communicative & flexible in accommodating my changes. The home is in a great location in the community, close to the Hwy so it is a short walk to clubhouse/pool/beach, but not too close to Hwy see it or to really hear the noise. Very safe, quiet gated community, found many friendly neighbors and lots of other dogs! Like most FL communities such as this, the homes are very close together, Raina has very nice & well workiing window coverings in all rooms to give you privacy. Raina's home was extremely clean, very cozy & comfortable. She has very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated it, the furniture & furnishings, bedding, etc. are of nice quality & she has everything well stocked. She has thought of everything that you might need if you forgot something to use until you purchase. There are 2 bikes that were available along with beach towels & chairs she also had available for our use. Wifi & electronics/TVs great. Awesome washer/dryer available a bonus. Well stocked kitchen & large dining table & cute coffee/tea cart & bar area. Porch was awesome to sit on & small backyard with grill, table, & chairs. Plenty of drawers/closet space & storage for all your personal items.& clothing. Terrific location on the island with great restaurants & the beach was very private. It is a small place so would definitely recommend her home to a couple or 2, girls trip or small family!!!

Loved our stay, very clean an comfortable. Had everything we needed, great location.
