In a residential neighbourhood of La Baule-Escoublac, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, come and discover this cosy apartment. You will appreciate its fitted balcony, ideal for enjoying the plancha.
Located on the first floor of a modern residence (no lift), this apartment can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The open-plan kitchen, brand new and very well equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a kettle, coffee maker and toaster are also at your disposal.
The central island will allow you to have your meals together, or you can also enjoy the furniture installed on the balcony.
On the night side, the apartment has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed (140x190) and a private bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed (140x190)
A second bathroom and an independent toilet complete the apartment. For added comfort, a washing machine and a hairdryer are also at your disposal. You will be able to park your vehicle in the private car park of the rental.
