About this house rental
Rent beautifully restored old oil mill in a wildly romantic location right on the small river Carpesina. The oil mill "Il Molino" has a large living room with fireplace, large dining table, comfortable couch and beautifully integrated old mill facilities. In the lower area there is a bedroom with 2 beds (double bed) and a toilet. The couch in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed with 1-2 beds. In the upper area is another bedroom with double bed, a separate toilet and a large, beautiful designer bathroom with huge shower and 2 vanities.
From the rear entrance area leads to the terrace and the large garden, which is located directly on the river. There are beautiful river baths and beautiful wild romantic places where you can enjoy the tranquility and relax wonderfully.
Il Molino is a 10 minute walk below the historic town of Montalto Ligure with a very good restaurant, bar and a small shop. To the next larger town Badalucco in the beautiful Argentina Valley is about 3 km, to Arma di Taggia or Sanremo with beaches, beautiful old towns, supermarkets etc. about 20 minutes.
Beautiful destinations nearby are z. B. Nice (about 1:15 hours) or Menton on the French border.
Il Molino is perfect for family holidays with its large garden and river baths away from the tourist bustle. Also for cyclists or motorcyclists. You can make beautiful walks and bicycle or motorcycle tours in the area.
The kitchen is equipped with 5-burner gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, pots, etc. For beautiful evenings on the terrace and in the garden there is a large terrace seating group, sun loungers, a barbecue and a millstone table.
