I had some doubts upon our arrival due to a miscommunication with our initial day. We reserved our stay to begin on Dec. 26th but then it was changed to the 27th by building management. Despite my emails being ignored by a lady called Patricia, we settled on arriving the 27th. In any case, I must say that the manger - Hanna - and her staff do an extraordinary job managing the building and are very attentive to guests’ needs, wants, and overall comfort. Thank you Hanna and the staff! Our stay was just perfect! Cheers, Tony and family.
