The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, fire pit and courtyard. Outdoor kitchen.

Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 160 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over 1 step and a 15 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. 1st floor together with attic has separate access by external staircase. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Living room as intersecting room, 30 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed (appropriate under 2 years), dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. American kitchen in the living room as intersecting room, 10 sqm and with gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

Poroszló. The holiday home is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property.
