This is condo is in a great area. Close to everything in Brickell and right by the water. Clean and spacious a perfect place to stay. Excellent communication by the host and easy check in process. Bonus... Free parking which is hard to find in Brickell.

Will start with the good of the rental spacious apartment, comfy bed and pillows. Great area for nice walks and restaurants near by and beautiful view. The bad which is the main reason that I will never stay for here again , the PARKING is horrendous, I have a big GMC YUKON and scratched all my rims entering the 7 floors in that tiny badly made parking. I wouldn’t purchase an apartment in that building just because of the parking situation . The apartment Floor was dirty, bathtub needs an update as it was stained and had hair all over the place. I let property manager know and they did offer to come clean it which is good but I had already cleaned it myself to remove the hairs as the tub is badly stained and that wouldn’t come off. There is a great size balcony but unable to use it as it has no chairs or table. I let property manager know and he told me they ordered new furniture and hasn’t arrived so maybe it was just my timing but it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit and relax to watch the beautiful view. I think property managers get overwhelmed with lots of properties and don’t really take care of some. Which is sad.
