THE HOME
Fully furnished 5-bedroom, 5-bath home on Redmond's Education Hill, set up for stays of a month or more. Three king bedrooms have their own bathroom; two queen bedrooms share one, each with its own sink area.
BEDROOMS AND BATHS
All five bedrooms are fully furnished with a bed, nightstands and a dresser. The primary suite has a vaulted ceiling and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
LAYOUT
Main floor: living room with an 86-inch TV, leather sectional and gas fireplace; kitchen with an island, stainless appliances and a wine fridge; dining table for six; and an office with a desk, a printer and a massage chair.
Second floor: the primary suite, three more bedrooms and the laundry room.
Third floor: a fifth bedroom and a bonus room with a desk.
WORK
Three separate workspaces in all, plus gigabit internet.
KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
A big gas range with double ovens, stainless appliances, an island and a wine fridge. In-unit washer and dryer.
COMFORT
Central AC for summer and a gas fireplace in the living room.
OUTSIDE AND PARKING
Fenced backyard with a lawn and patio. Two-car garage with a Level 2 EV charger.

Microsoft's Redmond campus about 12 minutes. Redmond Town Center and the Downtown Redmond light rail station about 7 minutes. Marymoor Park 11 minutes. Bellevue Square 17 minutes. Sea-Tac 35 minutes.
CHECK-IN
The whole house is yours: all three floors, the fenced backyard and the two-car garage with the EV charger. I'll meet you at the house to check you in and show you around. During your stay I usually reply within an hour through Vrbo messages.
GOOD TO KNOW
Minimum stay 30 nights. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. No shoes on carpet. No holes or nails in the walls. Please show your driver's license at check-in; it is for security only and will not be shared. Follow all HOA rules and regulations.
