EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. Kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible, at a minimum, the day prior to your departure to verify if this can be arranged. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 11 am, an extra night's fee may be levied and must be paid before we can commit to the extended check out time. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10 am.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us.

The house was lovely. We picked this house because of the fire place but there was no kindling and only 2 huge logs that needed to be chopped to even fit in the fire place. We asked could kindling and smaller logs be dropped off to us. The kindling was dropped off that afternoon but no smaller logs. So asked again about that. We found the logs at the front door as we were checking out. There was no contact made to tell us this had been dropped off.Also the ceiling fan in main bedroom was filthy. Bedside lights not plugged in in one room and bed couldn't be moved to reach power point. Lamp in other room didn't work at all. No instructions on how to work oven. The table out the back was also really dirty. If all these things were addressed it would be the perfect stayz house.
