The newly built, modern, lovingly furnished apartment NOA 4, suitable for families with children located in Tar, a small town just 10 km from Poreč.
The apartment is part of a residence with 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the ground floor of the main building. Composed of two bedrooms: a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a bedroom with two single beds. The balcony has four garden chairs and a table overlooking the pool area. The living area has a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with four seats, and an equipped kitchenette.
The kitchenette has three electric hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment (10 l), a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine with filters, a mocca, a kettle, pots, plates, and cutlery, detergents, and a sponge.
The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, a bidet, toilet paper, a hairdryer, a toilet, a sink with a mirror, and a cabinet.
In the residences, the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a garden table with Istrian stone benches; a playroom for children and adults with a pool table, flat screen TV, sofas, and armchairs. The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence.
In the structure, there is a shared space with a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
The grocery store, the church, the restaurant, the park, the parking, and the pharmacy are within 100-250 m. A free tourist bus will be available for transport from 01.07. to 31.08. Near the autodrome, tennis courts, and horse riding center.
