- Studio Style Unit, Perfect location yet secluded from the hustle and bustle of Orlando and surrounding areas.
- Close to Orlando attractions, lots of stores and uptown Altamonte springs but still nestled in a quiet and peaceful area.
- Plenty of parking right in front of the property

Sleeping Arragements: 1 queen bed, 1 rolling folding bed, 1 couch, 1 air mattress, and 1 baby crib with provided sheets, blanket, and pillows
Please request the rollaway bed or baby crib in advance if needed.

It is not a shared place. The entire unit is for you. The only thing share is a laundry outside and a dedicated parking lot.
Other things to note
- Pets are welcome with a one-time fee for the entire stay. Please add your pet to the reservation. There're a few street cats around who sometimes says hello :)

Directly across from Altamonte Springs Mall. Plenty of places to eat whether just a quick drive thru or a nice sit down dinner with friends and family.A little hard to find if getting there after dark and you don't know the area very well. Once there, nice and quiet.The host was very nice and accommodating.Only problem I had was getting checked in and that was NOT the host's fault. The website was down for several hours and I could not get to the information I needed such as address, phone #, etc Lesson learned for me is to write the information down in advance just in case there is a website/app disruption.Otherwise, a very nice experience and would gladly stay there again.

The stay was great. There was a slight smell of a chemical odor but not overwhelming. The bed was comfy with clean sheets and there were enough clean towels. Made friends with the local cat. Overall, its was a great stay!

Unique, large efficiency apartment. Very convienient to interstate highway, hospital, and fantastic mall and shopping and dining. Heron Roost Park and lake is across the highway. Host is friengly and attentive.
