About this apartment rental

Obelisc-2 is located on the ground floor of a building located on a quiet street, 500 meters from the sea, in a residential neighborhood, away from the bustle of the tourist areas, but close to the centre of Can Picafort. It is also around 400m. from a public swimming pool and tennis courts, and just next there is a gym.

It is part of a set of 5 apartments in the same block, which makes it a very interesting alternative for large groups, while providing proximity and intimacy among its members if they rent several.

It is a modern and functional apartment for 4 /6 people, with a careful, cheerful and summery decoration. Comprising 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bathroom, a living room with satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully renovated and has all the items and appliances to help you during your stay, and a laundry.

In Obelisc-2 you also have wifi connection and an enclosed parking garage.

Sunny terrace on the street, and from which peep the sea, is perfect as a solarium or for pleasant summer evenings. With garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

A bus line connects Can Picafort with the Port of Alcudia, the walled Roman town of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa, Inca and Palma, the capital.
