About this house rental
This newly renovated 3-star holiday home is located in the annex of the listed vicarage from the 18th century. Century. A separate entrance leads to the lovingly decorated 48m² large apartment. The flair of the old walls can still be felt everywhere, the historic wooden floor, the original box windows and partly antique furniture give the apartment a special charm.
The apartment with separate living and sleeping area is fully equipped with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen satellite TV. In the kitchen everything is there, eg. B. Senseo coffee machine, espresso maker and brewing filter available, microwave, pots, pans, knives, and much more.
Surrounded by mature trees and a large herb and vegetable garden you reside in the center of the town, yet very quiet and idyllic Secluded from the street.
Can on the former 5 000 sqm plot you can also find quiet places under the old walnut trees or Rhobinien that you 'let your soul' great place to relax and use
Discover the countryside of Lower Bavaria for hiking and cycling - Paring Abbey is 2 km away. On an excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg can enjoy the many attractions to visit, such as the Regensburg Cathedral and the Stone Bridge from the 12th Century. The A93 motorway is just 5 minutes from the old vicarage. Free parking is available.
