Welcome to Herons, a fantastic 4 bedroom family home located on a quiet residential road in a rural part of Salcombe. Sitting just above the water of Batson Creek, fun on the water is just a short trip away. The bright and airy open plan layout is a great sociable space to cook and eat together in. There's a large balcony with lovely views, parking for up to 4 cars and a garden that catches the morning sun. Salcombe town centre, where you will find eateries & independent shops, is a 20 min walk
