-The neighborhood is in a quiet area near the main roads
-New privacy fence for outdoor enjoyment with large sun sail and outdoor furniture...

The TV is a Smart TV which means it works with any media apps you have at home or on your phone.
Apps like Amazon Prime, YouTube, Netflix, Paramount+, HULU etc are what Smart TV's are designed to interface with.
If you want local channels there are several apps which have a free trial. Fubo is one offering 7 days after which you can cancel.
-The Wifi is new and should give you excellent results.

We enjoyed the property and the neighborhood. It had a nice open concept with plenty of room and was flooded with natural outside light. The owner was very attentive and was quick to help us with anything we needed. The location was within walking distance, 30 minutes, to shopping and restaurants. Within short driving to multiple golf courses.

Convenient location to restaurants and beaches. Overall the property was ok. Unfortunately, the property description was not totally accurate and there were some issues that the owners were unable to resolve during our stay.
