The appartment is in a quiet neighborhood, which is embedded in the lovely hills of Poggio dei Pini. The garden is fenced makes it perfect if you travel with dogs. The appartment offfers plenty of space. The interior could use a little brush up, but overall it was clean and equipped sufficiently..

Alessandra and her husband made us very welcome and gave us great local recommendation of what to see in the area.
Right next to Capoterra, the location was perfect for us (recommended with a car): not too far from Calgari for some city tour and also not too far from the beaches further south (Pula, Chia, Tuerredda). It was also easy to do a day trio to Iglesias and Nebida on the west coast to see marvelous sunset.
The property is shared with the owners on the floor above but each has his own separate access and privacy.
All needed amenities.
Would definitely recommend !

We had a fantastic vacation in this nice appartment. The area was perfect, a great starting point for all tours we made. Alessandra and Carlo have been very kind and perfect hosts. I absolutely can recomment this appartment

We had plenty of room, inside and out. It was nice and quiet.
There was a supermarket around the corner. There are lots of interesting things to see in Southern Sardinia.
The owners, Alessandra and Carlo were the perfect hosts. Very helpful.
I would certainly recommend this property!!
