Visit downtown Saratoga Springs and stay in this fully renovated home, originally built in 1870. The home is complete with all the amenities necessary for any length of stay and guests will enjoy the close proximity to the shops and restaurants of Saratoga. The North Broadway neighborhood is the home of Skidmore College and the grand mansions of Saratoga, while we are just a quick walk downtown (6 minutes to Mrs. London`s Cafe, 10 minutes to the Adelphi Hotel).

Cleaning Protocols: As THE professional management company in The Berkshires we take pride in our professional cleaning standards between guests. We pay above the living wage & 100% of your cleaning fee is paid directly to the individual cleaner responsible for your property.
No pets of any kind allowed at this home. Emotional support animals are not allowed. By law service animals are allowed. If you are planning on bringing a service animal please reach out to us ahead of time so we can verify paperwork. If a pet is brought on the premises without alerting us the reservation will be cancelled.
To provide a high level of security and safety all Berkshire Vacation Rental Co. properties are equipped with a security camera facing the parking area and noise monitoring hardware inside the home. If either of these items are tampered with in any way guests will be alerted immediately and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the problem isn`t rectified.
Street parking only. Your car will need to be moved from one side of street to the other once every 24 hours. Additional parking located a few minutes walk down the road in the Woodlawn Parking Garage for a fee.
Please note that this listing is on the second floor of a two family building. Owner`s residence located in first floor.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was even nicer than we had anticipated. The decor was lovely and the house was so clean. My daughter and I enjoyed walking back-and-forth to Broadway. The one night, It rained very hard so we had to use an Uber, which was still under 10 and definitely a bargain so that we could both have a great time and enjoy the nightlife. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

This was a perfect house for a girls weekend! The place was immaculate - charming- updated and comfortable ! Its close to everything and any requests you have will be answered promptly— beautiful 2nd floor apartment

We are 2 elderly couples who had a lovely 5 day holiday in this very comfortable and warm apartment. It was clean and cozy, and required nothing but pleasure from us. It is an easy walk into and through downtown Saratoga Springs, for meals, shopping, walking, and site seeing. The town history museum in Congress Park is fascinating. A short drive to the Tang museum at Skidmore is equally interesting. Broadway/Main st is excellent for happy hour! Jaryn was a great host, and we will definitely hope to stay again.

Wonderful historic home. Glass doorknobs and original woodwork. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. We loved our time in lovely Saratoga Springs and if I’m lucky to come back, I’d love to stay here again. Jaryn and Bill are great hosts.
