This fully renovated and tastefully decorated bungalow is ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac for absolute peace and quiet—and, best of all, just a stone’s throw (less than 100 meters on foot) from the La Saline-les-Bains lagoon, one of the island’s most beautiful lagoons!
The interiors offer all the amenities you need, but you’ll also be able to make the most of the outdoor spaces: a small private tropical garden runs alongside your veranda, which is perfectly equipped for breakfast, and a large terrace featuring an outdoor lounge area on one side and a sun lounger area on the other for relaxing in the sun.

For the interior (21 m² of living space):
- A large, air-conditioned room divided into two sections. On one side is your sleeping area: a 140-cm bed, a nightstand with a lamp, and a closet.
- On the other side, your living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV stand, and a TV equipped with Apple TV; Wi-Fi is available.
- Adjacent to this main room is a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a single-sink vanity, and a toilet.
Under the veranda:
- You’ll find your fully equipped kitchenette
- A breakfast area (table and 2 chairs)
- Your washing machine is located at the back of the kitchen
On the terrace (over 20 m²):
- An outdoor lounge area under an arbor
- A deck chair area with 2 deck chairs
