Top floor! Very quite location!! Guests love our place. Location, location and location. We are local owners and understand that it is your vacation, so we roll out the red carpet for you. We will contact you once or twice, to make sure your vacation is going as planned and to make sure you have everything you need. Small dogs under 20lbs are allowed! Two FREE parking spots are available!! Being on the top floor you can see the sun rise every morning and see a beautiful sunset while you have an evening drink out front and maybe make new friends!! There is so much to do in Beautiful Daytona Beach Shores and surrounding area like Ponce Inlet and Port Orange,,,,it is an amazing area!!!! So come enjoy our beautiful condo,I promise you won't be sorry!!!

This unique place has a style all its own! Fully furnished and stocked condo that sleeps a family of 5 and is easily enjoyable in this well laid out condo! Right across the street from the World-Famous Daytona Beach and a short walk from the Halifax River, this condo is a hidden gem! THERE IS A MINIMUM 5 DAY RENTAL ON THIS CONDO!
New owners with new upgrades, new decor, upgraded tv's - 85" TV in Living Room, Master Bedroom with 50" TV and 42" TV in Guest Room.
FYI - our condo was built prior to the American Disability Act. There are no ramps and you need to walk up a set of flights to get to the lobby!
This spacious remodeled condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a full kitchen. You'll enjoy the gazebo and tennis court/pickle ball and shuffle board court at this quiet complex where you can relax your days away. Had a wonderful time! Condo came with almost everything you need. Beautiful decor. Great location. Gorgeous sunset and amazing river view!! Very safe building and great neighbors. Host was excellent and super helpful and responsive.

John Francks was great to work with. He met us at check in, and helped us with our bags. Took us to the condo, and helped us understand all that we needed to know. That personal touch was a great way to start our vacation. The condo is very nice, and recently remodeled. The view to the beach and ocean was outstanding from that 7th floor condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. He will respond quickly to any questions you may have.
