Tranquil Environment: We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to promote a peaceful atmosphere. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly request that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum during these hours.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, including both indoor and outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
Pet-Friendly Accommodation: With prior written permission, we allow a maximum of two pets per stay, subject to The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay Unfortunately, we do not permit cats on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a penalty of $1,000.
Age Restriction: The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

This home is absolutely ideal for a group of family and friends. Everything was exactly as described. The location on the lake is ideal. The property manager is excellent! They are extremely responsive. We took advantage of the concierge services and booked a private chef for dinner our first night. Everything was excellent and everyone on our group had a wonderful weekend. Highly recommend this lovely lakefront home.

We cannot say enough, good things about this property. The photos did not do it justice and it was perfect for our large family.

Beautiful home and very comfortable. It really needs some maintenance. 2 of the 3 icemakers didn’t work. A lawn chair was broken and too dangerous to sit in. Cornhole board games were broken and could be used. The pool is in need of maintenance, pool tiles coming off with leaks and needed to be cleaned. Propane tanks were all empty, but we called them and they replaced a couple. We and our guests did enjoy our stay. The house was clean and very comfortable for everyone.
