About this apartment rental
Looking for convenience and comfort? our modern, newly renovated condo is it. This our 2nd unit and this gated condo communities is located in the heart of downtown Birmingham-Southside. Only 10 min. walk to UAB campus and UAB Hospital-Highlands, clinics and more. 3 min. walk to Dream Land BBQ, Zyp Bike, etc. Short walk to great restaurants, shopping & nightlife in Five Points South. Plus FREE off street parking that are rare to find in downtown. Beautiful, clean and great location!
This is a very nice, clean, and fully equipped-furnished condo. A chance for at-home feel for the price of a hotel. Hotel like treatment:
-Large bedroom holds KING sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults, Clean and comfortable bed sheets, pillows, duvets. All mattresses covered with high quality mattress pads. - Three size towels, 3 in 1 shampoo/body wash soap, hair dryer, etc provided. Lots closet spaces in the hall and living room, large walking closet space in the bedroom with hangers and hanging organizers . The convertible sofa transitions between a sofa and a queen-sized sleeper with ease.

I had a great experience with my stay at this location. The host was so easy to work with and very attentive to making her guests feel comfortable and have everything they may need. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a wonderful experience. I would definitely rent again.

It took us an hour to get in because the owner had changed the lock box and code, but forgot to tell me. We could not get a hold of her for an hour. Once she got back to me we got right in.
They had just had a plumbing leak in the kitchen. I know they replaced the dishwasher, but the solution for the water leak was to put a rubber mat down on the floor to cover up the water. Needless to say after a day it started to smell really bad as water was trapped under it. I took the mat out onto the porch, but water then squished out every time you walked on the floor. It smelled really bad. I woke up with a headache every day from the musty/mold smell.
Lastly, the listing says there is a washer and dryer, but does not mention that it is a coin operated system in the basement. We had planned on washing clothes, but due to the inconvenience of watching our clothes wash and lack of time, we ended having to purchase new clothes.
