The luxury apartment Ildy is located in an ideal, top location, in the center of Labin, close to everything.
This is really something special: luxury apartment in the city center in a quiet location with front and back garden, large terrace, private parking and private garage, only 15 minutes drive to the sea and beaches.
We especially emphasize that with the apartment Ildy, you get access to your own private garage. This is truly something special, very rare, and extremely valuable!
Apartment Ildy is equally good for those arriving by car and guests arriving without a car (with a plane at the airport Pula or Rijeka -Krk).

Living room and kitchen: with table and chairs, Sat TV, + equipment (dishwasher, stove with 4 electric plates, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, grill.

The apartment is very nice with everything you need. Communication with Ronald was excellent. I loved hearing that he grew up in this apartment! Next time we come back, I hope to stay in one of his other apartments located by the beach! Thanks for a great stay on our first trip to Croatia!
