About this chalet rental
Alto Can means “House of the Alto” in the Ibizan dialect, inherited by Sergio, a Spaniard who lived in the old house where this new and charming project is today.
The house is located at the top of a dune in Atins, where the views towards the sea and the Preguiças River are unique. The project is essential and minimalist in nature, thought and designed in a functional way to enjoy the breezes of the trade winds, its distinguished terrace and especially its views.
The ground floor has a large en-suite room, which is integrated into the kitchen, dining room and living room. Where you can appreciate the excellent finish of its materials, the comfort, nature and its already mentioned incredible view.
On the second floor we find another spacious room, with large crossed windows that make it airy and charming.

Our stay at Alto Can was fantastic. The property is beautifully designed — a cool, comfortable space with a great outdoor area perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is ideal: just a short walk from the beach, set in a quieter, more upscale part of Atins that feels peaceful but still close to everything. The view over the kitespot is incredible — easily one of the highlights of the stay.Pedro, the host, was outstanding: friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Everything about Alto Can felt well thought out and welcoming. Highly recommende
