Lawned gardens with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car; additional communal parking opposite. No smoking. Please note: There is direct access to the beach.. This three-bedroom chalet is just a short stroll from the beach and is within walking distance of all amenities. The comfortable holiday chalet can accommodate up to six guests across three inviting bedrooms. The living area boasts ample natural light and is tastefully decorated, and it is the perfect place to relax with a book, enjoy family board games, or simply gaze at the mesmerising sea views through large windows. Beyond the chalet, Kessingland offers a range of activities for all ages. Explore the nearby beaches, pubs and cafés or visit the Africa Alive! wildlife park with a wide variety of animals, and you can book a special visit to get up and personal while learning more about the animals. Venturing further afield, a short drive will take you to Southwold, with its iconic pier and charming town centre offering an array of independent shops and restaurants, and also home to Adnams Brewery where you can even arrange a tasting session. Visit Thorpeness, situated around the Mere with its Peter Pan themed islands, with an atmosphere like stepping back in time.

If you enjoy bird watching, the chalet is approx 35 minutes from Minsmere. Also Benacre, which is a short walk from the chalet, leads to Cove Hythe. The walk never fails to give breath taking views and many birds that visit the area constantly.

We have enjoyed a lovely week at Beach View. The chalet is bright, clean, comfortable and well equipped and on a peaceful, quiet site. Lovely view to the beach and sea from the chalet. A great place for rest and relaxation. Plenty of outdoor space too for all to enjoy; kite flying and the beach were popular activities for our family members (young and older). The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Beach View to others and we are already looking at rebooking for next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful 5 days here perfect for our dog too with the beach being so close and we were very lucky with the weather too The chalet is wonderful very very clean very modern and decorated beautifully Wonderful touch with tea coffee milk and snacks on arrival We had a lovely meal at the sailors arms and went a few times in the evening for drinks very dog friendly pub We went out every day visiting near by places hired a boat for couple of hours on the broads too so the local pub was the only Amenities we used close by As went out daily We will definitely return and have recommended to family and friends

We (my partner and one dog) had a wonderful week staying in Beach View. The chalet was so well equipped and comfortable I didn't want to leave. The views and access to the beach is fabulous and there is a pub within walking distance.Will definitely try to stay there again.
