The property was extremely clean. The rooms were smaller than what we thought they would be from the pictures…but they were extremely clean. We didn’t realize this was a basement apartment…but it was extremely clean. We had an event in Jersey City and this property was very convenient. Our group of three composed of two different families and the two bedroom was just what was needed. Off street parking gave us one less thing to worry about. There is a mall in close proximity to the property that didn’t seem like a typical mall. It had something for everyone. For example, outside of the Coach store there was a stand-alone Coach coffee stand. But there was also Starbucks. The host was extremely responsive and timely. There was a crib in the bigger room. There is an iron and ironing board that is not listed among amenities.

Everything was very clean. Host was extremely communicative and attentive. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect for us to commute between Staten Island and South Jersey. It is a downstairs apartment so some noise from upstairs was expected, but was definitely kept to a respectful minimum.

Our stay at Elizabeth was great! The host is very understandable and more flexible person! the cleanness of the room were very good but there are so many flies in the house! The house is a walk-out basement!
The area is not a family friendly nebourhood and it is not safe to walk around on the street day or night because of the homeless and drug addicted people on the street!
Airport is closer to the location as well as Uber service is very convenient to travel from the location!
