Come, take a break and relax in our lighted spa hot tub here at your own private, serene countryside cottage, Ideal for families, couples get aways, wedding parties, or travelers who want an escape from the hustle of city life, maybe spend a weekend exploring … downtown Jefferson, the 80 acre market, ETBU, Bear Creek Smokehouse, the vibrant night life of Longview or Marshall or spend the weekend chasing fish or ducks on Lake O' Pines! … We are are just a short drive to them all!
Covered storage areas for two boats, plenty of outdoor outlets to charge trolling motor batteries, well lit and beautiful, safe area with great neighbors !!

This was our second time staying at this cute cottage. It’s homey feeling is the most important to us. The house is always clean and accommodating. Our host is responsive and has clear communication. Will book again when visiting family in the area.

We had a wonderful stay during the Thanksgiving holiday! Everything was ready and in order upon our arrival, and we enjoyed our welcome snacks. It was very clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. It was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of nature. It was so serene. Thank you for a wonderful stay! It is HIGHLY recommended!!!

Locations was great for us , had local people we came to see .

Complaint was couldn’t check it 4 pm and had to leave by 10 am …. That is an 18 hour stay . And having some elderly people in the group was a bit challenging . It Texas heat … a $75 additional charge for late check out was just unkind …. Due to location we really
