Renovated in 2021, "Seastar Getaway" offers a memorable stay with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in suite washer and dryer, a cozy gas fireplace, hi-speed internet (Fibre +500), 65” Smart TV and a Juliet balcony. Building amenities include secure underground parking and access to a shared roof deck with a BBQ.

Mermaid Wharf is located in Chinatown, Victoria's historic Old Town. Explore the hidden alleyways and cobblestone streets of Old Town to discover its hidden gems, breweries, vintage stores, and second-hand shops... all steps away from Mermaid Wharf.

Essential amenities are easily accessible by foot, bike, or public transit. From grocery stores and pharmacies to restaurants and retail shops, everything you need is close at hand—and the vibrant downtown core, filled with entertainment options, is only minutes away. This prime location places you within walking distance of Market Square, Chinatown, and an array of dining and shopping experiences.

For paddling enthusiasts, Ocean River Adventures, located next door at 450 Swift Street, offers kayak rentals and storage. GUEST ACESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay, with a parking fob for the parking garage and an access fob for the lobby, elevator and rooftop deck.

GARAGE HEIGHT: 6 ft.4 (1.9m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

BICYCLE STORAGE: A bike rack is provided in the parking spot of the condo for secure storage of your bicycles.
